  1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at info@eliteweaves.co mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.  
  2. Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
  3. Raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment through mail.
  4.  If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at info@elitewevaes.co with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done. 
  5. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  6. If  you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  7. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
  8. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
  9. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  10. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.

1. Always dry clean your beautiful saree. Silk is a delicate fabric and therefore it needs a skilled hand to wash it and dry cleaning is the best way to handle your fabric.

2. If you want to wash the saree at home, use cold water and shampoo, as detergents and brushes harm the beautiful saree.

3. Wash the sari, the pallu, and the border of your sari separately to avoid damage to your gorgeous saree.
